You’re gonna harvest wind…
Congrats, Jonathan Sanchez!

Tip of the hat to Jonathan Sanchez for pitching the first SF Giants no-hitter since John “The Count” Montefusco did it way back in ‘76.
United Breaks Guitars!
Personally, I hate how the bring-the-guitar-with-me flights always result in a pat-down-before-boarding moment.
Dark Side of the Moon by JK Keller. (via BOOOOOOOM!)
13 Year Old Forced To Use Walkman For A Week
This is priceless. On the 30th anniversary of Sony’s Walkman, a 13 year old boy was forced to use a Walkman so we could get some honest feedback about the importance of this day.
Hilarity ensued.
My favorite: “Even when he discovered the cassette had more music on the other side (it took him three days), Campbell was still disappointed it could only hold a small fraction of what an iPod can.”
I just remember how much cooler skiing was when I borrowed my Dad’s “book-sized” personal stereo on a downhill run. Now THAT was livin’.
Wolfram Alpha Screencast!
I’ve been following the Wolfram Alpha project for a while now, and love the idea of this as an ongoing project that just gets smarter over time.
This screencast is a great snapshot of the soon-to-be-released first offerings.
